Why We Started ErgoPanda

We’re Sarah and Nora, and we’re really glad you’re here.

We started ErgoPanda because we both knew what it felt like to live with constant neck and back pain while trying to keep up with real life.

A few years ago, we were in very similar seasons of life, balancing work, family, sleepless nights, and the nonstop demands of everyday responsibilities. Over time, our bodies started sending the same message: something needed to change.

We both dealt with ongoing neck and shoulder pain that slowly became impossible to ignore. Like many people, we kept hoping it would go away on its own. We tried everything, expensive pillows, lumbar supports, heating pads, and products that promised relief but never truly helped. Most of them weren’t designed for real life. They were made for perfect routines, not for people carrying too much, sleeping too little, and pushing through every day anyway.

That was the moment we both stopped ignoring it.

Our Story

We started talking and realized we were going through the same thing, late-night research, testing products, and trying to figure out what actually works for real pain and real routines.

So we decided to work together.

Since 2020, we’ve spent months researching cervical support, sleep posture, spinal alignment, and ergonomics. We tested products ourselves, asked family and friends to try them too, and focused only on what truly made a difference, not what had the best marketing.

What we found was simple, the right support really does change how you feel every day.

But we also realized something else, good products were hard to find. They were scattered across different websites with very little honest guidance.

So we created ErgoPanda.

ErgoPanda is a small, independent store built by two friends since 2020 who wanted something better. We’re not a big corporation, and we don’t try to be. We focus on real usefulness, honest selection, and products we would actually use ourselves.
