All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Please note that during high-volume seasons, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may experience slight delays.
Shipping Time
After processing, standard delivery typically takes 4–8 business days.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, customs procedures, or other factors outside our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your package leaves our facility, a tracking number will be sent to you via email or SMS, depending on your selected notification preferences.
You can track your order at any time using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect Address or Order Changes
If you need to update your shipping address or make changes to your order, please contact us within 4 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has entered processing, we are unable to make any modifications.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed to the shipping address provided at checkout.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. Our team will review the situation and assist you with a replacement if applicable.
